You can manage your child's allergens directly through the SPARE app. To do so:1. Open the SPARE app2. Tap on your child's name to open their profile3. Tap Settings4. Select Allergens5. Add any allergens that apply to your childOnce an allergen is set, your child will be blocked from transacting on any food item at the counter that contains that allergen — helping to keep them safe at the canteen. Top-ups are instantaneous. As soon as you top up your parent account, the funds are immediately available for any child linked to that account — whether they are purchasing directly at the canteen counter or using the balance to pre-order meals online (where available at your child's school).

If your child loses their Harness card, you can request a replacement in one of two ways:1. Request a new card directly through the SPARE app2. Email us at info@harnessfood.com and we will arrange a replacement for youYour child's balance is stored on their account, not the physical card — so their funds are safe even if the card is lost.

Yes — you can link multiple children to a single parent account. To add a child:1. Open the SPARE app and go to the home page2. Tap the Your Account icon in the top left3. Select Family Members4. Tap Add a Family Member5. Select United Arab Emirates6.
