Here are some of our most commonly asked questions about school meal plans. If you still have questions you’d like clarifying, please feel free to contact our support team for further information.

  • When will my meals be delivered?
    Currently, home delivery isn't available, however with our school delivery option the meals are freshly made and delivered to school every day.
  • Do you do home delivery, or only to schools?
    We currently only deliver to the schools that we cater to. However, we are very excited to announce that we will be delivering right to your door very soon!
  • Is the meat in my meal halal?
    All meat we use is halal.
  • Do you have a variety of vegan meal options?
    We offer a wide variety of both Vegan and Vegetarian options.
  • How do I sign up for a meal plan?
    Visit the meal plans page of the Harness Foods website and register your details. Once signed in you can follow the options available to select the perfect meal plan for you.
  • Are the meal plans subscription?
    Currently we offer the 5-day and 20-day meal plan options for one-time purchase only. However, we plan to introduce a meal plan subscription option in the future.
  • If I buy a meal plan for school delivery, but there are upcoming holidays, what happens to my meals?
    Our online system will automatically exclude any upcoming holidays for your school and give you the option to select meals only for the dates of when you are in school, so you don’t miss anything! During meal and snack selection you will see the exact day and date that you are making your choice for.
